Q. I am adding items to my basket, but it keeps coming up with an error message?

A. Please try refreshing the page first, then if you are still unable to add items, ensure you have registered an account with ourselves, by clicking login at the top of the page

Q. I have requested a new password, but the temporary password is not working?

A. The temporary password is case sensitive so make sure the password is typed in exactly how it is shown on the email sent to you.

Q. Can I exchange my school uniform items?

A. Yes, we can offer a return/exchange if your item;

  • Is unworn, in its original packaging and in a resalable condition
  • Is not personalised with any printed/embroidered names or initials
  • Our standard returns policy for items bought is 35 days from receipt of order

Q. How do I exchange my school uniform items?

A. School uniform orders can be exchanged by filling out this form . Please ensure the form is filled out correctly to avoid any delays. Returns are subject to stock availability.

Q. Can I bring my order to Liss Sport directly to be exchanged?

A. No, all exchanges must be posted back to us. We recommend using a tracked service, as we will not be held accountable for any lost parcels in the post.

Q. Can I bring my child to Liss Sport to try uniform/kit on?

A. No, this is not a service we can provide due to the health and safety regulations of where our office is based.

Q. I receive pupil premium funding, how do I place my order?

A. Pupil premium orders must be dealt with via the school. The school then places an order on your behalf.

Q. Why do my 2 pack shirts say they are boys fit?

A. The shirts are unisex fit and fit both boys and girls.

Q. Can I order from two separate shops i.e. school uniform + my child’s football team?

A. No, you cannot combine products from different shops in the same basket. If you would like to order from two different shops, then this must be two separate transactions.
